I was wondering if I freeze the fruit which should make it easier to extract the juice. Place them in a muslin bag and then in boiling water that way you would not have to deal with the tiny seeds and the skin.
We just bought a house in TN...it has 4 Japanese dogwoods with thousands of berries. I'd like to know how to make dogwood wine. My tastes are dry wines. I was just given a wine press with all the fixings and would like to use it. I am also intending on growing paw paws
