Strong yeast taste
Just made a batch of Elderflower champagne. Left it for the required 7 days in the bottle before trying it. It's really nice and clear but .....ARRRGH..... so much yeast flavour !!!! It's more like Elderflower beer !!! How do I get rid of the yeast flavour without adding too much...- Jinglez
