What kind of grapes do I have?

Wow. That took a long night time to destem those grapes. I had 2, 6 gallon buckets and a big Rubbermaid bin about 10 gallons full from my guess. After I crushed them lightly with a wooden fruit crusher and pressed them out I only got 6 gallons of juice. I was hoping for closer to 12 gallons. I...

    Conundrum IPA

I have made beer on and off for over 20 years. I have made good beers but never a great beer. This last batch from a kit is by far my best. This is also my first batch in over 7 years. I like it a lot. I think I stopped brewing because of bottling. But after a while you start getting better...

Any tips for removing wine bottle labels?

I did not get the spray bottle I got the wipes in a can. I wonder if the smell is different. Either way I liked the citrus smell of the goo gone. I was a aircraft mechanic for 26 years so like the smell of WD40 too.

Any tips for removing wine bottle labels?

Old thread but.... I just used a drill with a big wire brush. Worked well. Then used goo gone to get the last thin glue. I put the bottle on the ground and held it with my legs while I used the drill. I bet one of those table grinders with one side a wire brush would even work better. It...
