    RJ Spagnols Very Rapid Fermentation

    Dont worry eerything is fine. just check the airlock between water and sulphite solution. The reaction may be releasing the excess of Carbon di oxide. limit the sglevel to some extent.

    Avoid much use of sorbate as it is making the fermentation slow becoz of the very fact that it resist the growth of microorganism. keep me informed for further updates...:b

    My pears do not look like store bought..

    i think you should really boil it for ten minutes and then let it come to normal temprature and then extract the juice from it. Avoid using the skin of this fruit. and keep me informed about pear wine.

    RJ Spagnols Metatartaric Acid

    add the matatartic acid now. It is important to prepare it through the procedure. Dont add any more sorbate content in case you need to give it a good flavour.
