my first batches of wine are ready to be back sweetened but i'm not sure what the SG should be when i back sweeten. i have 6 gallons each of Fredonia, Ives, Diamond, Steuben and French Concord. any info would be great!! Thanks Cindy

no only one for a one gallon batch of strawberry. i've read that you can use 1/2 a pk of yeast for a gallon batch of wine, but i read it after the fact. I was just wondering if it would affect the wine.

Can you use too much yeast?

do you have to rinse that?

Crap, it came with a wine kit i bought so i assumed it was a sanitizer , that's what i get for assuming. I have made 3 batched of wine without anything being sanitized. how bad is it?????

Is Easy clean a sanitizer or is it just a cleaner?
