Allergy to mango sap A good reason to peel the mango is that 15-30% of people are alergic to the sap of the mango tree and is also found in the fruit peel. (Urushiol) I'm one of them. I peel and then wash my hands well. My carboy is clearing nicely. Can't wait to try it.
