Unfortunately I've had an emergency come up and won't be able to make it tomorrow.

I used PowerPoint to create the design and ordered the labels online. In the future I plan to print them myself.

I just bottled DB and my first wine kit!

As of today my first batch has finally dropped below 1.00 and according to Danger Dave's instructions it should be racked after the third day. I have to travel out of town on Thursday and wanted to understand if there are any risks of not racking until I return on Sunday. Thanks

I'm doing my first batch of DB and on day 6 in the primary there is very little fruit left with a little crust. I started with 6 lbs of the quad berry fruit, I have a heater wrap holding around 76 degrees, and my last SG reading was 1.032. Should I be concerned that the fruit is almost gone...

I'm just started my first kit(wine expert reserve Pinot noir) and I'm already searching for the the next wine to try. Do most people do several kits before moving onto juice and beyond?
