    Ok, I went with the latter and put it in the secondary tonight, since I'm trying for a sweeter wine. Checked SG before I put it in the secondary (1.003 now!) This is all a hell of a lot of fun, by the way. You know you have a fun hobby when you don't even mind the clean up! Thanks again...
