Hello I just joined my self well really back in April but just over the last couple weeks started looking the sight over, and if I would have when I first started I would not have drove the beer guys crazy at the Homebrew shop but welcome

I can so relate I have 6.5, 5, 3, gal and several 1 gal, my two big one's have had a peach and a pear in them for over a year. I finally bottled them Two weeks ago sooo I have plenty of fruit in the freezer to choose from ( friends that feed the addiction) last weekend o had a wine making...

Really that's cool I was thinking not to many shared the same hobby, so very cool. I'm making a grapefruit for next summer, a blackberry, plum, concord blackberry, spiced apple for next years holidays and a chocolate raspberry port from a kit. All of my friends seem to enjoy my hobby .

I joined a few months ago but the last couple of weeks I have looked over sight and have found a lot of very useful info " way cool sight"
