    I went ahead and put all the clarifying ingredients in it and stirred one last time. It is clearing nicely so maybe I'm good. At worst, I'll just rack it in 2 weeks and let it age in the carboy for a month or so. In no hurry ... like I said, I just want it to be delish so the wife gets on board...
