Modern Recipe I'm new to the art of wine making, and I am intrigued by the thought of making Tej, but I'm creeped out by the thought of doing it the old-fashioned natural way. I was considering using a standard herb-meade recipe but I'm not sure if I should just boil the gesho and use the Tea...- cameronharms87
