Bottling day for the Muscat and it was nice at 8 months. Good color profile and flavor. We haven’t had a bad experience with any of the limited addition kits from WE.

I went with all 5 this year for 2020 kits which will be shipped in 2021. Thoughts?

Pitched WE old vine zin January 2019. It’s currently drinking very, very good. Hopefully the new lineup with less juice will create a comparable wine as Im about to put in an order. Ive made roughly 15 kits in the past 3 years and I feel this one maybe the best to date.

That was my reaction to. I just checked and noticed I only bottled 3 gallons. I’m going to drop some oak in it for 3 months before that bottling.

Just opened this after bottling at 7 months and it’s now been 9 months. I did EM on this kit which I think helped it be better at this age. Looking to see more body in the years ahead. Anyone have reviews on this kit that

Does it come with skins? I just put in an order yesterday for three kits. I had this in my cart and while checking out I took it out.

How did these kits turn out? I just put in an order on Amazon for the super Tuscan and the Italian Amarone.

It’s wonderful. Took roughly 18 months before we started to enjoy this one. It’s now a crowd favorite.

Where is everyone buying their RJS kits online?

Yes. I’m a newbie. I always use the Kmeta in years past. Oddly though they combined the two in this kit I’m about to do. I think I recall reading this in the forum. I think it’s to stop people from skipping the sorbate.

I just checked the next kit I’m going to do and the sulfite and sorbate are combined. I can’t recall if it was like this in the past. I feel I discarded this pack on my last one or two kits. Maybe I shouldn’t let them are too long then.

Started with bentonite. Left everything else out after that. From what I read on these forums, they say the sorbate is not needed. I’m kind of new to this hobby. 2.5 years in and about 10 kits finished so far.
