    Wine racks

I recall looking around about a year ago and not being able to find them. But this looks to be a clone: https://www.amazon.com/Wine-Enthusiast-Bottles-Steel-Pantry/dp/B00ARF1PH0/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=seville+wine+rack&qid=1601124832&sr=8-8

    What's for Dinner?

Turned out nicely. 4 out of 4 thumbs up and requests for a repeat. Nice when you hit the easy button and it results in a decent meal.

    What's for Dinner?

Was that a political statement, or did they have some other reason? Wegman's was out of the regular Mojo, but I love that smokey chipotle flavor, so I figured I'd give it a try.

    What's for Dinner?

Threw some boneless, skinless chicken breast into this last night. Story at 11... (yes, it was a challenge getting the chicken into that bottle)

    What's new in your cellar?

I can't speak for this particular wine, but great price and Vermentino makes a nice white wine.

MLF Friendly Yeast for Co-inoculation in Cab / Merlot blend

I use BM4X4 all the time with MLF and have never had a problem (knocking on wood).

    Recycled oak

I use barrel and cubes. The spent cubes are always saved for the charcoal grill.
