Adding Flavor Question - Cranberry Wine
I'm making a Cranberry Wine using Vintner's Harvest Cranberry fruit wine base (OR). OG was 1.098 and stopped at 1.010 over a 5-6 month period of time. When I tasted the wine last, it didn't have much cranberry flavor to it. My question is wondering if I should used a Cranberry extract (4oz)...- bkellygr
