With all this rain my grapes are not hitting 20 brix yet. Before the hurricane and the subsequent 10 inches of rain I was almost at 18 and now I'm down to almost 15... Do I keep waiting are should I just plan on adding sugar? Decisions... decisions....

Hi All - We are in our 2nd leaf of a 150 vine grapeyard. Albarino, Rubired & Barbera are the varieties. We hope to make a test batch of each of the reds this fall. (5 gals each) but next year plan to make 20 gals of each. So what equipment do we need? Crusher destemmer? Press (type)? Type of...
