I’m a hairdresser & My boyfriend owns a Vineyard in Eola/Amity AVA In Oregon, with 19 planted acres of Pinot Noir ( & 5 amazing random Chardonnay plants ) sells his fruit to Don Family Winery. 2 years ago I decided to pick & try making some wine, I’m hooked !! So last year I did an intro to wine Making At the community College, to help fill in the gabs. It’s amazing how wine making can be so complicated, yet easy all at the same time! Love it.
