When hold you rack off an F pack

After K meta and Sorbate I added an f pack of strawberries, how long should this stay in before I rack it to clear?

I would say about 2 to 3 months, then rack and check your SO2 levels, add another dose of K-meta at that point if necessary

Thanks, I can find everything about f packs except when to rack off them.

Usually after i add my fpac - i will add a clarifier in a couple days later.

Then I rack in 3-4 weeks off the sediment.

If not using a clarifier - I will rack every 3-4 months unless there is an inch of sediment - then I will rack at that time.

When I added the f pack it was clear. So I will just rack off the sediment in a couple of weeks.
