Tis the season...or is it? This is more for the southern folks that get winter temperatures in spurts of 3-4 days at a time.
I have read several different places about tricks to keep fermenting devices cool,from submerging carboys in larger containers of water to even putting it in a river. I don't think the HOA would like that one!
My question is, what do you use besides a refirdgerator to lager your beer? Please give some pros and cons. Thanks in advance for all of y'alls help
