You can always add another bottle of lemon or lime and add a extra gal. of water. That will bring your abv down, probably too much, then maybe some more sugar, now too high oh well maybe just ferment it like it was then drink it. Keep a couple bottles of the old lighter abv to compare to the new. You mite even like the new better. lol, Arne.
