Topping off

I've had my Vaidai barrels long enough to get a little use to them. When I checked my SO2 tonight they each took 100ml to top in 9 days.
This about normal?

Not sure we get your drift here. Are you just saying it needed 100ml of wine to top back up after 9 days? If so that is exactly what I see more or less. About 2-3 oz each 7 days. I top up once a week just to make it a habit on the weekend.

What tools do you use to check s02. I would be interested in getting equipment to do it versus every three months during bulk aging just adding.
