Too late for tannin?

I just started a gallon of pineapple this weekend and forgot to add the tannin. How much of a window, if any, do I have left to add it? Thanks.

I would add it immediately if I was going to add it. It has only been going for a few days. Catch it before it goes any more.

although oaking should be done in the primary ,oaking whether in power form or liquid can be add afterward with good affect and can also be well controlled for

flavoring,but there are other ways..to try.........................................................................
