Tannin in Pee

Starting my first batch and don't have the tannin to add. Will this make a big difference and if so, can I add it later? Thanks

Think you can add it later. Try and get it as soon as you can tho, as the tannin helps clear as well as add to the taste. Arne.

Thanks Arne, picked some up and got it in before adding slurry - looks like I have a pretty good ferment going. Really looking forward to how this turns out, hope this is as good as the hype!

Sounds like you are in good shape. When you start tasting it, make sure you put some sugar in it. bet you will love it, but make sure you start another batch soon. It tends to disappear. Arne.
