Each to there own, I made a pineapple wine before and I didn't much care for it. I never thought to add blueberries to it.
If they were mine I would crush the blueberries and add them to 3 cans of welches concentrate, 2 cups of chopped raisins and about three quarts of water for a one gallon batch of blueberry labrusca. as far as the pineapple, eat it, I personally like it better as fresh fruit rather than wine. Just my opinion
