I found 4lbs oh blueberries in my freezer, and I bought 4lbs frozen pineapple on sale....anyone ever do something with these two? Anyone ever make a blueberry/pineapple wine? Is it any good?
 
Sounds great for a one gallon batch. Both fruits are fabulous with ginger (add a thumb sized knob to secondary maybe).
I have personally tasted blueberry and pineapple wine blended, during a tasting in Florida, awesome. Go for it!!
 
Each to there own, I made a pineapple wine before and I didn't much care for it. I never thought to add blueberries to it.
If they were mine I would crush the blueberries and add them to 3 cans of welches concentrate, 2 cups of chopped raisins and about three quarts of water for a one gallon batch of blueberry labrusca. as far as the pineapple, eat it, I personally like it better as fresh fruit rather than wine. Just my opinion
