I think this stuff may gonna make it yet, I finally sat it in the corner and trying to forget it, but it is still bubbling, have not done an SG lately, but it has to be coming down.

Finally made it on my cranberry, it was a struggle but well worth it. Bottled today, semi sweet, and the wife loves it. Thanks for all the help. Loren

Loren, if you have any Niagara the cranberry is great blended with it. About a 30/70 mix with Niagara being the main wine.

Thanks for the info Dan, will try to remember that. I'm up to my carboys in wine now and still have 30 gallon that will be ready within a month.
