strawberry shortage

I need to rack my strawberry hooch but it's around 4 gals and I only have a 5 gal ?do i wait until I can get a 1 gal to go with my 3 gal carbouy or put it into the 5 gal? will it make it go bad if I do use th 5 gal

Go get something anything that comes in a 1 gallon jug. Clean and sanitize it and ... there you go... Simple..

Carlos Rossi Wines about $10 for a gallon go to your local store and get you one. If you like the wine pour it into a gallon pitcher and sip on it over the next few days. If not pour it out and you just saved yourself $15 shipping to get a gallon jug

I found that the chablis was the most tolerable. The burgundy went down the drain.
