Going to bottle a batch of wine in the am.
with #9 synthetic corks. is it ok to soak them
in a sanitizer for few min before bottling?
 
Absolutely. I spray them with water/sulfite and allow them to drip off thru a funnel then I fill up the bottles then cork.

Wash your hands too.
 
Cork soaking can be bad, with natural corks. You should be ok with synthetic. A light mist from a spay bottle should do it. For natural, I put them in a clean bucket with a open jar of sanitizer and lid.
