So, I'm making the WE Lodi Cab. As I was visiting here yesterday, I came across a thread that suggested stirring the juice and the grape skins every couple of days. Made sense to me, so I did. Came back a few hours later and my airlock was now pink. It's nice to know the little yeasties are enjoying themselves!
It's now grape juice and vodka in there.

Stir every day to keep the skins down.

You apparently had vigorous fermentation, and some of the foam went into the airlock.

Looks like it is coming along nicely.

I ordered a kit of the WE Eclipse Lodi Cab from my local supplier. It's been back ordered for over 2 months now.

LOL, that is one reason a lot of us use an open bucket for our primary ferments. Arne.
I've had brews where I had to attach a blow off tube. For seom reason I wasn't expecting it to get that high. We'll see what happens tonight when I stir things up again.
