3lb rhubarb
3lb sugar
1 gallon water
Yeast and nutrient
Chop rhubarb cover with sugar and leave for 24 hrs then strain off stir pulp with water and strain again rinse out remaining sugar and make up to 1 gallon . Add yeast and nutrient. I added campden tablet as its suppose to make lime hock or you can leave it out and just ferment on for rhubarb taste (might do another batch without tablet ti compare) good it tastes as good as it looks!!!
