When squeezing the fruit bag, in a fruit wine, by the end should the fruit be basically liquefied?

I'm making a Dragon's Blood, with strawberries. Seems logical to me that I want to end up with the fruit as macerated as possible.

Thank you,
Chris

You will have some leftovers. Not much but some. I squeeze the crap out of mine and get as much juice as possible, of course you will get some extra sediment that way but you do end up with more flavor.

Strawberries turn into more of a goo than a liquid. Have some paper towels ready before you squeeze

Yeah. I've already discovered the strawberry goo.
I keep a funk towel in my wine room.
The good news is, the wine smells ridiculously like strawberries.
