I am planning ahead for my late autumn and winter projects. Elderberry, black currant, and pomegranate are on the slate. I have only made wine from fresh/frozen fruit and/or store bought juice.
For the currant and elderberry, I figure that juice buckets are my best option. I would prefer to purchase from winemakingtalk sponsors, but I am open to other suggestions. Any suggestions on suppliers and delivery options to Central Oregon. I am a total newbie on the juice bucket option.
For the pomegranate, I can use the Pom Wonderful route when Costco has their sale. I did this last year with decent results though my wine couldn't begin to come close to the pomegranate wine that Whole Foods was selling. Any suggestions on pomegranate juice buckets or other pomegranate options. The self-crushed pom really isn't an option for me.
Thanks in advance, and I really appreciate any suggestions. I have studied the archive info, but the total info puts my mind on overload. Lol.
