Pindo Date Wine Recipe Help

I have a pindo (jelly) date palm in my front yard that produces a lot of fruit. A few years ago I made a wine with it that turned out to be delicious after sitting for a year. I'd love to make it again, but I can't seem to find the recipe - since I made it we've had a hurricane and I got married, so I'm having trouble finding a lot of my recipes. The critical piece of information that lets me know that I haven't is that I know it involved barley. Can anyone help me track it down?

Well, the good news is that I found the old link to the recipe that I used. The bad news is that the site appears to be no more: ASP Test Page I've seen Jack Keller's name around on this and other forums, though - is the site archived somewhere?
