Orange Wine...Yeast Type??

I am making a batch of orange wine from frozen concentrate and the recipe just says wine yeast...so what type should I use? I currently have champagne,montrachhet,71b-1122,k1v-1116,ec-1118.

Of those that you have, I would use the 1116. However the Cotes Des Blanc is the best choice. I just bottled my 3 gallon batch and used Wyeast 4242 Chablis liquid wine yeast and after tasting this I would continue to use the 4242.
