One of my plants has some kind of disease

I planted 6 plants few months ago and they are growing nicely. Today on one of the plants I saw this:

What is it and how do I get rid of it before it spreads to the other plants?

If it were me I would spray with Sevin, but here this is the season of the Japeneese Beetles and am spraying anyway. Good luck
 
Solutions: Control is not necessary. Early leaf distortion can be tolerated with no resulting loss in grape yield. Blister mites cause aesthetic damage, but do not seriously harm grape vines. Prune and dispose of infested leaves. When mites are abundant, the most important actions are to conserve natural enemies and to provide proper cultural care to keep plants vigorous.


I still have a question though, do I leave them alone or treat it with something?
