This is a 5 gallon batch of Blackberry/Elderberry with about 27 lbs. blackberries, 11 lbs elderberries and 5 pounds of sugar to an SG of 1.086.

About 33 hours after adding the yeast starter with Goferm I did the following.
I added 1/2 dose (4 grams) of FermaidO. It was just past 2/3 sugar depletion with an SG of 1.021.
Later, when I had time I did some reading, and found it was recommenced to not add nutrient past 50% sugar depletion. I mistakenly thought it was 2/3 sugar depletion that you should not go past.

Is there anything I should about this?

Add extra k-meta when I rack off?

Would fining agent settle out any left over nutrient?

Or, let it go and don't worry about it?

Thanks,
Dave

The only thing about adding nutrient late is that the yeast can't utilize the nitrogen at that point, AND it can make an environment for competitive organisms to make use of. But if you've got a nice, clean ferment there is little to worry about.
