No Response from RJS - Is this Normal?

I recently sent a question to RJS to their listed contact ([email protected]) for a clarification I wanted in the directions of one of their kits. While it is really a moot point anyway because I eventually came up with a solution that appears to have worked, I was hoping to hear back so I wasn't driving blind. Sent first message 2 1/2 weeks ago, then a reminder a week later. Still never heard. Has anyone else ever run into this with RJS ? Like their stuff and that won't change, was just a little surprised at no response I guess.

I had that problem with Cellar Craft. They got back to me a week later to say my email was marked as spam. No way to tell if that's your issue, but you could always give them a call.
