Just purchased a 1 gallon starter kit to try my hand before buying the 6gallon set up and big boxes of wine juice. My first attempt will be a store purchased Cran-Grape blend followed by trying from frozen fruit mixed berries. If these table wines are drinkable I'll get serious with bigger equipment and better starter wine juices. With batch 1 underway I am making a list of the tools I need to add (so far...funnel & ph test kit)

Welcome to the forum. The problem with 1 gallon batches is that they require almost as much work but you only get 5 bottles instead of 30 for a 6 gallon batch.

Found that out quickly. It took about 2 weeks before I found a supply store and started dropping cash for big carboys, primary bucket, and other assorted tools and supplies. HOOKED!!!!!
