is this stuff done?

i have 5 gallons of a mixture of welchs juice and crushed grapes . it fermeted down to 1.010 and stoped its been sitting at this reading for a few days now sooooo what is my next move? do i need to stir the crap out of it and hope it fires back up ?
im reading and listening tring to learn the ropes of this here wine makin stuff

Do you know what the starting SG was? Also what yeast did you use?
