We are a company which gives a chance to people throughout Europe to make their own completely natural alive wine, brandy, grappa and grape juice. We are also working with over 250 certified small craft family wine producers from France, Italy, Spain and Austria. Wine made from grapes which is not chemically treated. The wine technology is also without added chemicals and no added sulphites.

Growing grapes organically (or naturally, or whatever you want to call it) is the easy part. Getting the right balance is more difficult. No Sulfite Added (or NSA) wine is the limiting factor. Note: Sulfites occur naturally, so "no sulfite" is not quite true.

many NSA wines are lacking in flavor, balance and acidity. Without sulfites, they are also fragile, spoil easily and do not improve with age. She recommends drinking NSA wines within 18 of months of bottling,

Your information discusses the easy part, and says nothing about the more challenging parts.

Also, what about equipment sanitization? Chemicals ok there?
