Hello from the middle of the mitten

Hi Im Chris, in central Michigan. Im new here. this is my first attempt at winemaking. (I dont count the apple mash I made when I was a teen. it had too much bread yeast and wasnt drinkable) I'm also new at forums, you are my first. I've never been a big wine drinker, Spiced rum is my #1, but I enjoy wine more and more as I age. I am on a new quest and have tons more to learn. many questions to ask. I started a Vino Del Vida Merlot Sunday night and its off to a bubbly start. I look forward to talking with everyone.
