After lurking for several months decided to join. I made my first batch of wine (blackberry) about a year ago and have done about 15 more 1 gallon at a time. Great hobby!

Welcome you lurker you. Glad you stuck your foot in the door and joined. In time you will navigate from gallon jugs to bigger carboys...it's inevitable but lots of fun indeed.

Made a blackberry last year and it was great. Hope yours was too.
