Grape Source in CT?

Looking for a good source for grapes in Connecticut? Any recommendations?

People have also told me to check out local farmer's markets, as well, but the few I've been fairly small and none had grapes. While I like the idea of buying "local", I'm skeptical that Connecticut will have such a thing. Thoughts?

I share your skepticism. It seems very unlikely to me that a vineyard owner would grow wine grapes, then bring them to a farmer's market in hopes of finding a winemaker to buy them.

Maybe you could find any local wineries and ask them where they source their grapes?

When I moved here, I was actually surprised to find out how many small vineyards there are in Connecticut. http://www.ctwine.com/trail-map/ - More than I thought!

Wish we could have a wine club just to buy as a group and get cheaper prices.
We have a few options like those mentioned above plus Maltose Express (top notch customer service).

I need to find another source, just called my local place and Cab Sauv. are $60 per lug and Merlot are $56!
