Grape Brix Chart

When deciding to pick grapes, I know it is based on what the brix is. Is there a chart or reference material that shows at what brix to pick a certain variety of grape, ie. this grape @ 20 brix, this grape @ 24 brix, this grape @ 26 brix ? Or is it based on personal preference and how you want your wine to finish out?

its a little bit history for the variety...history for your particular region...and if like me, i have two varieties that the honey bees just love and they are poking holes in the grapes as we speak....i was cultivating yesterday and could literally smell fermentation taking place as i drove thru those rows....not good and the brix is at 21...last yr i harvested same variety at 25...so before things get bad i may pick tuesday and start my harvest season...
