Can someone tell me or explain to me how you would use the puree vs. the juices.
 
I have never used the Purees but I know 1st hand that some of those Vintners bases are awesome and some are very weak. I like the cranberry, the raspberry and especially the Black Currant. With those you basically follow the recipe but watch then sugar addition and water as they tend to be of.
