I made red wine from juice. I let it age 1 year. Perfect table wine however it has a slight carbonation to it. Very very slight. Is there a way to get rid of that? What is the reason this happen? Thank everyone for all the input. It really made my first year wine making a success.

The fizziness is residual wine in the CO2. It means that you did not degas the wine sufficiently.

To get rid of it in a finished wine, leave the bottle open for several minutes before serving, or decant prior to serving, or swirl the wine around in the wine glass before drinking.

If you violently decant the wine, you will get rid of all that gas. Upend the bottle over another vessel and really splash it in there. I use a glass juice pitcher but anything will work. You'll notice a dramatic difference.
