First Sparkling Wine

Well I came home and discovered I had made my first batch of Sparkling wine this afternoon. Fortunately it was a white grape peach, so the carbonation complemented the flavor.

Luckily only 1 bottle blew a cork so far. I passed a couple bottles out to the neighbors, guess I know what I will be drinking the weekend.

If any other bottles are suspected of fermentation, get them into the fridge right away and that'll stop the ferment and tone down the volatility of the carbonation.
