We have our first two batches bottled. The first was an Amarone
and the second was a Chardonnay. I made some simple lables for
them, which really finishes them off nicely. Cheshire Oaks is the
name we are using as we live in Cheshire and we have several heritage
oaks on our yard.

Cheshire, ?. I have a Cheshire 2 towns over in Ct. I like the
labels alot, great job. What method did you use to shrink the capsules.

Good Job Tom, and I like te name, it seems to flow very well.





Hate to mentio this, but those carboys in te back seem to need some serious topping up...............

Yeah, the worst one there is actually a 5 gallon batch of beer in a 6
gallon carboy. I ran out of 5'ers. The clear one on the
left is a cider that I am about ready to bottle.



Wade, I used a heat gun on low setting for the shrink wraps. I hold
them in place while I shrink the top part, then work on down the
wrap. I have about a 60% success rate at getting no wrinkles.
