What's your SG? Filtering through a coffee filter is going to add a lot of oxygen. If you are already mostly finished (below 1.05 - 1.00) then it might be bad to add the oxygen. Typically, stray fruit chunks will settle out. If I were you, I would just rack it again. That will get rid of big chunks. Then when fermentation is done, clear it like the recipe indicates.
I have flavored with a bacardi mix that has fruit chunks. Im just thinking about making it look nicer. Im not going to make it clear, just take the chunks out.
