Ok.. so i made a newb mistake.... argh
I usually make 1 batch at a time, using the same primary fermenter, i know exactly where 22.5 L is and always hit the mark.
This time i started 2 batches and used another primary bucket i'm not as familiar with and after day 7, transferred to carboys and realize i'm short about 4 Liters !..
Fermentation went well on both buckets, i know.. i know.... i should have checked SG and this would have shown an obvious problem before adding yeast but what's done is done.
Question is this.. should i lave it be ?.. .. top off with water ? .. other options ?
