It really is great how people from all over the country and sometimes all over the world could collaborate on the same interest. This is one of the best things about wine in general is how wines from different regions each have their own particular method to create what they feel are the best wines. Like grapeman and winemaker 3352 said with all of the info considered, if I was to experiment with a coldsoak I would not do it for more than 1-2 days to keep the risks as low as possible. I do not have the equipment and the expertise to try and pull off a 10-14 day cold soak (like some commercial producers do) so hopefully this little bit of extra time will help the finished product.
