Any one have a good honeysuckle recipe? Welcome to the hot south, I have honeysuckle blooming all over my property!

go to jack kellers sight wine makers home page then scrole down to requested recips and you will find it. be careful with his sugar additions use your hygromiter and stop at about 1.080 - 1.085. you may want to use a little more flowers than he sugests for a more arimatic wine.
